Cats have always been at the heart of our story. A story from one of our founding members: "When I first started university, my cat Laertes went missing. Every night after work, I searched the city, desperate to find him, and in the process missed my entire first week of classes. That experience taught me just how deeply our pets shape our lives—and how far we’ll go for them. Yes, he did return home after a week 😊.

Later in life, I lived in a neighborhood that didn’t allow outdoor cats. But I refused to let that keep my cats from enjoying the world. I transformed my half-acre backyard into a safe haven, surrounding it with a custom cat fence of hoops and mesh. With cat doors leading out to their own little paradise, our three cats—soon to become five—were able to roam, explore, and live the full, happy lives they deserved."
